Unfortunately the cleaning staff are not honest in their work duties. I had forgotten an expensive item in plain site in my room upon checkout and the cleaning staff neglected to turn it in. The front desk did not offer any resolution and just brushed the situation off.

The room was acceptable, but cost almost twice as much as it did in the off season. Beautiful view as it is across the street from the ocean. The rooms do not have microwaves, the continental breakfast was not available, and the motel is some distance from the nearest available breakfast location.

In general, I am satisfied with this hotel. Good service with a welcome, very good, so -called. The weak points of this establishment. It's been a long time since the whirlwind and the sauna are broken. It is very disappointing because it is always mentioned that it is a service included on the Bookings website and in front of the hotel! The bedroom floor is a room. No nettanating maintenance is done during the stay except to empty the trash cans, redo the bed and the change of towels. And I noticed a lack of hygiene on the side of the staff in lunch. The staff were preparing frozen products without washing their hands, touching everything and returning to the preparation of food products again without washing hands or did not use disposable gans. To offer muffins to children, by directly touching the muffin with these hands after having touched everything that the public touched to use lunch.
