“Cosy, well situated cottage with lots of amenities close by.”
Reviewed July 16, 2018 for a stay in June 2018

A really lovely cottage with everything you could need situated in the heart of a lovely village. Owner provided lots of useful information about restaurants / days out which was very helpful. Eye is a great location to visit attractions in Norfolk and Suffolk. The cottage is just opposite a small co-op and public car park which is very convenient. The owners have thought of everything you could need to make your stay comfortable.

“Spacious cottage in great location”
Reviewed June 1, 2018 for a stay in May 2018

Great location, near convenience store, butchers and bakery. Eye is a lovely little town with a good range of shops, cafes, pubs and a fish and chip shop. There is also a ruined castle and a very impressive church. Diss is just a few minutes drive away and has larger supermarkets and shops as well as a lovely park with a lake and a great childrens playground. We have been to Banham Zoo twice and would recommend a visit. Once again we were there all day. The bird flying display was fantastic. The cottage is much larger inside than it looks from the outside with comfy beds and clean bathroom. Enjoyable stay.

“home from home”
Reviewed February 26, 2018 for a stay in February 2018

A perfect place to stay whilst our kitchen was being refitted.
I know the area well and this was the ideal location to visit Southwold and the surrounding areas ,
The accommodation was very clean and quite the Tardis in space .
Communication by the owner was top notch and replied to e-mails promptly.
Local store across the road for the forgotten essentials is a huge plus too.
Fully recommend this as a base to explore .
Thank you Sarah :)

“A lovely well-equipped and comfortable cottage, full of character and in a great location.”
Reviewed November 26, 2017 for a stay in November 2017

We had a thoroughly enjoyable 4 night stay in this well appointed cottage.
So comfortable, it was actually an effort to go out exploring, but we managed eventually.
The convenience store is opposite, the friendly local pub is about two minutes walk.
Interesting villages and towns are within easy striking distance. What's not to like?

“Fantastic last minute find”
Reviewed August 20, 2017 for a stay in August 2017

The title says it all, booked on the Sunday to arrive on the Monday very good communication from the owner. This cottage is fabulous very nicely finished and comfortable. A beautiful smell of orange as you enter Orange Grove cottage. Everything you would need for your stay has been thought about and so conveniently situated . There is a small Co-Op over the road, a butchers a few doors down, then within easy walking distance a fish and chip shop, pizza, and Chinese take away. Sampled the food in the Queens Head, the local pub again only a stones throw away from the cottage, and was very pleased with not only the nice food but the friendly welcome. All in all this is a superb cottage in the superb location of Eye to use as a base for exploring the surrounding attractions.
