One of my favorite restaurants in the area. Creative menu inspired from French cuisine and the availability of local produce. The menu is limited, but the dish selection is eclectic and most delicious. They work with a table d'hote format, written out on blackboard. As an appetizer, the salmon tartar and gravlax dish are excellent, but the most recently tried marinated herring on warm potatoes was a revelation. Main course ...i've tried the linguini, the veal bavette, the beef tartar and the boudin noir avec sauce aux pommes ...all delicious.
The decor is modern and the service is fast and very friendly. As for value, you get your money's worth.
