We stumbled upon this magical little place, and were happy we decided to go in and check it out. We enjoyed a delicious meal of pulled pork sandwiches, brussell sprouts with bacon and beers the size of our heads. The atmosphere was really cool, too.

Found this place completely by accident while driving through the area. Cool decore in old stone building in Gananoque in the heart of the Thousand Islands. We tried the pulled pork sandwich which came with made on premises potatoe salad and cole slaw (lots of bite). The pork is smoked in a wood smoker in the restaurant. The bun that it was served on was also made on site. We also tried the chicken sandwich which was equally good. We also tried the draft beer which is served in mason jars. Awesome food at a great price. Well worth the drive. We will be back (we want to try the smoked chicken)!

My boyfriend and I happened upon this restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We had a delicious meal that was reasonably priced and everything tasted fresh and homemade. I particularly adored the potato salad; it really tasted exactly how true potato salad should taste. We finished our meal by going next door to the socialist pig for a latte which lived up to the meal! We will definitely be returning.
