This had to be one of our best whale watching adventures ever , my sister and I have been going to Saint Andrews for our sister week for 10 years and have been other whale watching boats , the Island Quest Marine was the most friendly we have encountered , the Captain Chris was so informative and knowledgeable , probably from all of his years fishing in the area , with out exaggeration you could almost touch the whales when he turned off the boat they came right near , it was so exciting , we also saw a huge tuna jump up in the air , bald eagles , seals , porpoises and a number of birds , the boat was extremely clean and well maintained . The two biologists were very informative also . Marsha and I will be taking a tour with them next September for sure , we had a fantastic time with this great company . Thanks so much , Chris and family ! Also I have a walking problem and they were more than kind in helping me on and off the boat !

This was a great whale watching experience. Left the dock at 1:30pm, returned at 4:30pm. Island Quest is a local, family owned and operated business. The captain is the father with on board marine biologist daughter and guide. They were patient and very informative. Cameras a must. Served crackers, smoked salmon and iced tea on the way back. Boat takes a maximum 45 persons comfortably with covered in accommodation as well as an upper open deck. My wife and me really enjoyed the experience.

The island quest marine company is the most professional whale watching tour we have been on. From the moment we called, Nicole was pleasant and professional. On board the entire crew was so helpful and knowledgeable. They put everyone at ease. The weather was amazing and we saw Eagles, seals, minke whales and razor back whales. Nicole has an amazing knowledge of the marine life and the fishing industry in the area. We learned so much. Thanks for the great memories!

We headed for the east coast for our honeymoon. On our way back home to Ontario we stopped in to St Andrews and decided to head out with Island Quest marine whale and wildlife cruises for a whale watching adventure. So glad we did. We saw a bunch of whale, seals, porpoises and bald eagles. Staff was extremely friendly and told us all about the sea life and the area. Would definitely recommend anyone go for a cruise with these wonder people. If we get back out their way another whale watch will be on the top of our list aswell as a shark fishing trip.
