Easy to find on TCH 1 in Gander - it is the place with the airplanes parked on the lawn. This museum provides insight into the history of the area. Basically the Gander Airport was a fuel stop for trans-Atlantic flights back in the day when the range of an airplane was considerably less than today. It is also noteworthy of the role Gander played on 9-11 when all planes were ordered grounded.
