Dirty towel hanging on bathroom door and dirty facecloth hanging on shower head.Black hair in bathtub.Front desk told but nothing done for the two days we were there.We were there for a funeral so our minds were on other matters and we did not have time to go elsewhere.
Office clerk was nice, room were clean, bathroom was cleaned, they do have great prices and their breakfast is great. They are located near almost anything you may need and they have nice staff members and hard to beat prices along with a free hot breakfast, what more could you ask for?

The Hotel is dated and needs some upgrades. Location is quite good you are within walking distance of most things shopping and food.
The Continental Breakfast need improvement, especially when staying for an extended stay. Same every morning sausage and powdered scrambled eggs.
There is also poor communications between front desk and house keeping, asked for late check out, was constantly bothered by housekeeping service because they were not informed.
For short time stays would be ok but I will be looking elsewhere if back for extended stay
typical comfort inn with good breakfast. Very clean and lots of parking. Saved for a sports touranment. Friendly staff. Clean and modern rooms. Liked the fridge. Check in process was easy and welcoming.
Ck in supposed to be 3 pm. Arrived 5 pm....room not ready. Told room ready in 30 mins. Came back 2 hrs later. ...room still not ready. Lied to. Why didn't she just say not sure when room will be ready, instead of lying? Seems a bus tour was coming and all staff working on those rooms. If I could rate this lower = negative 1. Will not stay at Comfort Inn ever again.
