Pet friendly with a fee. Very clean. Ground floor rooms have parking in front of exterior doors. Fridge in room was larger than expected, which was super helpful for multiple night stay. Microwave in room. Convenient location on main street: a few minutes' drive from downtown or to beautiful coastal beaches. Groceries across the street. Have stayed here before and would stay here again.
We stayed one night. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was a hot breakfast scrambled eggs, sausages and make your own waffles. Check in and out was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful.
A very comfortable hotel in the north end of Bathurst.
This hotel is a great option; spacious, comfortable, clean room with a comfy bed, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board and iron.
There is also a washer and dryer on site for guests to use.
The staff were friendly and helpful as well.
The breakfast was okay. The property may be due for some updates.
The staff definitely went above and beyond for our stay, we lost everything in a house fire and the booking was made for us by the red Cross for 5 nights. Staff did everything in their power to make sure our stay was an excellent one and did everything they could to make sure we were alright.
At check in they made sure to get us extra soap and shampoo as we were covered in soot from the fire and all we had to wear smelled of fire and ash. They said nothing about the fact that walking in I wore nothing but a hospital gown and blanket.
Upon check out even though it was not their job they helped me bring out what few possessions I was able to collect during my stay to the lobby to wait for my taxi.
The front desk clerks and management checked in on us when ever we came out to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed.
Overall it was a great experience despite the circumstances surrounding my very sudden and impromptu stay.
