My wife and I stayed 2 nights. A welcoming receptionist checked my identity, processed my payment, then I signed a letter and was provided our key cards. After parking, we carried our bags up to the 2nd floor.
Room 238 was spacious, carpeted and clean with a comfortable queen and easy chair. Nice sized TV but no channel guide(Boston networks, CNN, PBS & 20 channels), a medium sized fridge, microwave, small coffee machine and ample outlets/lighting.
Quick hot water, workable wifi strength, low mounted AC(not used) and a small opening window view over trees.
The 7AM breakfast was excellent and serviced by nice ladies; OJ, apples, yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, waffles, bagels, toast with jam/peanut butter and a decaf/regular coffee machine. On the negative side, the silverware is flimsy and a bus group overwhelmed the table area for 45 minutes.
It's an easy walk over to Sobeys Bathurst.

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. They made sure to bring more eggs and sausages out when they were gone. Good size breakfast room. Nice room. Clean. Enough towels. Not enough outlets for charging electronics but we bring our own extension cords. We were on the first floor, and it was very easy to bring our luggage into the room since first-floor rooms have sliding doors into the parking lot (with several security features). We recommend.

Pet friendly with a fee. Very clean. Ground floor rooms have parking in front of exterior doors. Fridge in room was larger than expected, which was super helpful for multiple night stay. Microwave in room. Convenient location on main street: a few minutes' drive from downtown or to beautiful coastal beaches. Groceries across the street. Have stayed here before and would stay here again.
