From the Ayard farm entrance, it's an easy trail to a lovely sheltered beach, and then a further hike out to the point. Really pretty.

A beautiful place with some great hikes.
can be nice easy walks or a really tough hike(coast trail)
the coast trail is tough, but the views are amazing, and the nice part is you can go in and out of the Coast trail with several access points

Young or old will enjoy a walk in the park. With a pleasant wind and pastures surrounding you it's easy to fly a kite. Family gathering by the Sandy beach. Priceless!

Located about 30 minutes from Victoria, this is a great hike in any kind of weather.
Dress accordingly and in layers. The trails can be muddy In sections.
Casual hike over well marked trail to Beechy Head - about 60 minutes each way.
Stop and take in the awesome views of Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains. Keep your eyes open for whales, seals, otters and bald eagles.
Very nice beach just down from the parking lot.

We took a two hour stroll from the parking lot, and took a couple of different trails. We had people in our group that could not take the harder trails, so we stayed on the easy ones.

Fantastic time, breathtaking views, superb costal beaches.

This is a place to go if you like the outdoors !
