We only spend 1 night in this hotel and we did not have dinner nor breakfast in their restaurant.
The room is spacious enough for 3 persons. The bathroom is not very modern but it was clean and we had more than enough towels for our stay.
The beds were comfortable and the sheets spotless.
The AC’ filters were very dusty and completely covered. A good cleaning or replacement of them is in order.
The hotel is well situated close to the river and downtown.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. It had an amazing outdoor pool which we took advantage of. The hotel staff were very nice , the view amazing and the restaurant in the hotel served good food at reasonable prices. We would say here again.

The room was okay and the quality of sleep and quietness were definitely acceptable. The room looked relatively clean as I am comparing its cleanliness to that of the bathroom. The bathroom lack of cleanliness was definitely the biggest turn off for this hotel. The floor looked like somebody with dirty shoes had walked on it and there was some hair here and there in the shower. The hair dryer didn’t work either.

Two night stay with the kids for a soccer tournament in Rimouski. 2 main problems beyond the fact that the rooms and carpets worn out and look old.

First, we reserved rooms with 2 queen beds and we all got rooms with small double beds. No option no change rooms.

Second, the bathroom sink blocked the minute we started to use it. Called front desk, they said someone would come right away. No one came. Next evening, same thing. Had to call front desk twice and the young lady ended up admitting that they had no one for emergencies. She recommended we brush our teeth in the bath, serioulsy! Will go elsewhere next time.

We have a little Westie and we advised them of this. The room they gave us was totally disgusting. The carpet was worn thin and stained in almost every area. The bedding was not like the photo. It had an old TV from the 70's. Everything in our room was old and faded. Even the pictures on the wall! I called and complained and they shifted us to another room where the carpet was in better condition but the room was identical to the other. The blanket on the bed was worn thin! This hotel was once beautiful. They may have updated other rooms but we never got to see one. We only saw a photo of a nice room on their website. If you have a pet be prepared to be given a very gross room. They need to replace the carpets, televisions, beds, and bedding. We would never stay there again.
