“Excellent Breakfasts”
Reviewed 15 July 2011

We went for breakfast both mornings during our stay in Radium. It was my husband, my father and myself.

The first morning they both had omelets - one with ham, cheese and onion and the other with sausage and mushrooms. My husband said the sausage omelet was among the best he ever had - the sausage it was cooked with was excellent.

The next morning they both had french toast - one plain and one banana with blueberry compost. They said it was very good and filling.

Both days I had oatmeal with fresh fruit and maple syrup with toast. Very good and filling.

Our server was very personable, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is nice and the place is very clean. We would happily go back again next time we are in Radium area.

“We really enjoyed our meal!”
Reviewed 12 July 2011

It seems this place may have come under new management or something. It now claims to specialize in breakfasts and burgers, we were there for breakfast. They must have done some renos too, nice hardwood floors and quite clean. The omlettes were huge and the fruit plate was lovely - a great variety of fresh fruit. Probably the best breakfast we had on our vacation!

“Surprisingly Decent Food”
Reviewed 18 September 2010

Dropped into this restaurant for dinner a few weeks ago while on vacation. I was not optimistic given that the menu didn't seem to know what type of restaurant it was (some sandwiches, some Italian dishes, and an entire Asian menu) and this is usually a bad sign for a restaurant. However, when we got our food, it was actually quite good. We had two dishes between us - curry chicken and beef and broccoli. I was actually stunned that the curry was good as I really did not have high hopes. The prices weren't great given that it really isn't a fancy restaurant, but most places in this area seem to charge a bit more due to only having a few (summer) months to actually make any money.

“Don't even think about it.”
Reviewed 18 September 2010

Stay away!! Stay very far away!!!. We went here because the Salzburg next door had a line up and it was a short walk. What a mistake!! This place hardly deserves to be called a restaurant.
The food was expensive and just terrible. One order was for fish and chips. Two chunks of fish and some fries - $14. Not even any cole slaw. Other order was for the special - prime rib burger. Same thing, greasiest burger on earth and some fries $17.
Service wasn't the best and the place needed extensive renos and a good cleaning.
Overall the worst food experience of my vacation.
