Tremblant is big and it is good. The lifts are fast and numerous with few delays. Attendants are friendly and keep the crowd moving at the chairs. The runs are well groomed and very well marked according to difficulty. Lots of easy runs that are interesting enough for more advanced skiers. The food services are varied and as expected quite expensive but the quality is good. Lots of real dishes and recycling.
I would like to see some runs closed to snowboarders and more vigilance for reckless skiers & boarders.
Lost & Found is well organized and people actually turn in lost wallets & jewelry.
Fabulous shopping that makes the extra tax worth paying.

We have skied at most of the hills in the Laurentians and none come close to Tremblant. Aside from having an extremely picturesque village with fun restos, the skiing is outstanding most of the time. The length of the trails and the fact that you can stay high on the mountain all day (never having to go all the way to the bottem), is what distinguishes this mountain from all the others in the Laurentians, There are trails for all levels, and although the lift lines at the bottem of the hill going all the way to the top can be long, the lifts at mid level are usually not. It can also be cold sometimes so you must dress warmly; this has not been the case this year owing to the extremely mild winter in the area. The village right at the base of the south side means you can take a break from skiing and do some shopping or eating at a real resto, as opposed to the usual ski chalet. This makes the area enjoyable and gives it it's resort feel.

This is the one of the friendliest resorts we have been to. Let down by very average, quite expensive restaurants.

Facilities throughout the village are clean and tidy and the free extras like ice skating and tubing were excellent.

Just the right size - plenty of bars and restaurants and variation of ski runs - but small enough to be able to walk around and get to know. Perfect for families. Ski school great although WHY don' they offer half day lessons for kids? Mine were exhausted doing full days. Staff in bars and cafes seemed generally very friendly and helpful.

We had a great time skiing here, liked the small resort feel & the was a good range of skiing for all abilities. The kids particularly liked the free tubung & skating in the evenings for those staying at the resort. They also enjoyed thier skiing/boarding lessons more than usual. Our one concern is that we were often being told how lucky we were with the conditions, despite this there were quite a few rocks still on the harder runs.
