Hotel is exactly what you would expect from a Westin Resort. The hotel is well kept, rooms are very cozy with fireplaces and amenities are good considering Covid.
However, the best part of the hotel is the staff, in particular Maxime who took care of us from pre-checkin thoughout our stay... Maxime is Awesome. He definitely takes pride in what he does, exudes professionalism, attention to detail and makes the guests feel welcome. Bravo Maxime!!

I have been going to Tremblant for 20 years and have stayed in almost every hotel in the resort. The Westin has become my new preferred choice. We switched because we have never been able to bring our dogs to any of the other hotels, but at the Westin, they are welcome. While it's pricy - $50 / day for the dog, it included their own bed and set of bowls to use, and my dog was not only allowed, but welcome.
Everyone we encountered there was incredibly helpful and pleasant, and despite the Covid restrictions, we completely enjoyed our stay. The rooms are nicer than most of the other hotels, and very clean and updated. We had a great suite with a fantastic view of the mountain and a great balcony to sit on and enjoy the changing leaves after long days of hiking. We will absolutely return.

We booked our anniversary vacation about a month in advance. 8 days of vacation so nothing cheap!
All our requests for a room were not met at all.
When we got there we were disappointed with the room look. It is very outdated.
Staff also asked us 2x if we have any special occasion for our stay so we were expecting any small surprise, of course nothing happened.
There was fire test in the hotel and the staff walked in to our room without anyone telling us that they will walk into our room!! So disrespectful.
Also we got cigarette smoke in our bathroom many times during our stay from the room below us, all they did is spayed our bathroom to cover the smell.
We left one day earlier and nobody cared why we are leaving earlier. Nothing. No question therefore no apologies. We stayed at Westin hotel twice and will definitely not stay in Westin hotels again.
Very disappointed and mad about our vacation.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, with my family. The hotel is fabulous to say the least! The rooms are very clean and spacious. Swimming pool was a decent size, my 7 year old twins spent hours in it and didn't want to get out. Car park is conveniently located. The location of the hotel Is ideal, since it's minutes walk from the lake, main street of resort and all the major activities and restaurants.
Despite following COVID19 protocols the hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. We requested and received, 1 night extension, room with excellent view, late check out, and to top it all up - a waiver in car parking fees was a pleasant farewell surprise. What more could one ask for! Maxime Saumur at the front desk was really great help! We will certainly cherish the memories of our stay. THANK YOU team Le Westin Mont Tremblant!
From the time I booked until our departure, the experience has been amazing. Cedric, our concierge went above and beyond to make sure our holiday (celebrating my girlfriend's birthday) was truly an experience to remember for the both of us. We came from out of town, and he arranged chocolates and flowers in the room. All our room requests were granted on arrival including a high floor with a beautiful view of the lake. Thank you Cedric and Le Westin! I highly recommend and would not hesitate to return.
I stayed here with my fiancee for a short getaway, and we were both extremely disappointed. The hotel rooms are in need of some TLC, and our room was filthy. I would have thought that the cleaning staff would have taken extra care to clean the rooms, but I guess it wasn't the case. Needless to say, there are several other cheaper options in the area that might be a better option
