If you can afford it, this hotel has everything one wants on the Gold level and is located just alongside one of the slopes which is very convenient for skiers. Car and ski valets as well as most other staff are nice and go out of their way to make your stay memorable.

Staff were excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly without being over the top. Location is perfect for the ski lifts and village. Would live to visit again in summer for biking.

This is the best ski resort I've been in the vicinity of NE America (granted, it's in Canada). It's a true ski village, as compared to other resorts in the New England area. The hotel is a good 4 star hotel with outdoor hot pools/tubs for apres-ski. We were fortunate to have gotten a corner room facing the village AND the slopes. Night life here is good. The village has many variety of restaurants for night out. It has a ski valet, however, you do have to take it inside to have it checked. It's not an outdoor valet as in some other ski-in/out hotels. Night-time tubing is just outside the hotel's door - great for kids.

Room Tip: Have craperies for breakfast or brunch in the village. Since they have early bird lifts starting at 7:45, we took advantage of that and decide to come down for brunch. We, went to the room and changed into our street boots and get restroom breaks. Then head back up the mountain for skiing the rest of the day. 7:45-4pm with 1.5 hour relaxing lunch break is pretty nice. There's even a casino for the financial risk takers.
