We were given room #203 on South side. The noise form the late night disco kept us up until 2:30 am. when we decided to request a room change. Had to argue to get a new room. This was by far the noisiest room I have ever had., anywhere. We were given a room on the North side where we were able to get some rest. We had booked playing golf at le Diable, (cost us over $230.00 to play) and I must say, that my girlfriend & I were totally tired and exhausted and did not enjoy our golf game. Our booking was on a Friday night !!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!

Room Tip: Must take on the north side ONLY !!!!

I booked a one bedroom suite for two nights, when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that we had been upgraded to a loft suite which came with another bathroom and a balcony. The furniture is a little outdated but well maintained. Our visit was off-peak so there weren't many people around (no long lines!) so we got to relax and enjoy the foliage. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel is perfect for our business/family trip. The kitchen is very nice and it's clean enough to let our toddler run around. This is our second time here. We would come here annually. It's right at the top of the village close to many restaurants. We took advantage of the kitchen to beat the crowds.

This is enterily a conceptual real-estate project, giving acces to ski elevators in winter and summer.Iy is constructed after an old quarter in Québec or something like that. we searched for nearly an hour for the lobby.Only afterwards we heard there's just one desk for the entire complex, well hidden,bu the way.Very formal reception. We had a room next to the ski elevators and nearby the main square, loud animation at night from one side, and booming cabinets and noisy people in the morning from the other. With it's restos and shops and pedestrians-only,within the project, this is a complete artificial Disneyland. With prices minimally 10% higher then in the village. Not exactly what we wanted to see in Canada, but there will be unquestionably a public for this. Rooms lacking logic, like ill-fited sockets and small, but clean .This project bears the signature of being run by project-managers that mainly care for their return on investment.Good thing: several trails up-river&mountain starting at the place itself.

Hotel accommodation was fair if a little dated , but understand it's more for a winter vacation, so you don't get the full feel for the rooms which have log fires. However still needs furniture replacing as some Items broken. Still clean and tidy though. The resort is stunning and again feel it would be better in winter months. To be honest it's more like a theme park in summer. Very busy and everything you do cost more money. Large queues for rides, cable car etc. More like Disney world. If not part of a pre planned tour we would not have stayed, but visit for the day only. Also be aware of the 3 taxes one of which is a village tax so a $80 meal ends up costing $94 which is more than 10% on top . You then have the customary tip between 10 & 15 % . To Sum up, nice place but only for a day visit unless skiing in winter.

Room Tip: Request room with kitchen , other room we were first booked into appeared cramped but again was clean and tidy.
