Overall we were extremely satisfied with all the services and staff. They were helpful, friendly and made our stay feel like home.

We have stayed in this hotel on 2 occasions and had a great experience both times. The hotel is in a great location close to most everything. The evening snow tubing is right behind the hotel which is nice. The breakfast is chaos, however, as the seating room and serving area is just too small. But a great stay nonetheless.
This hotel's queen bed is not real queen...it is double.
They claim that it is small queen...but to me...it was double.
It was wonderful that manager (Judy) found us another room but would have been nice for them to indicate this in website so that customers will not arrive in surprise.

The staff at the Reception was amazing! Great location and value for a family trip. The 1 Bedroom with loft Room we had was very comfortable for our family of 5. Breakfast was nothing special, but for a Free meal was good enough. We preferred eating at one of the amazing restaurants nearby.
The hotel was clean with friendly services. The breakfast did justice to start your day and location is very convenient to explore the heart of mont tremblant. Take the suites instead of studio as you will feel like a king .
My husband and I are on a rare get away without our kids. While the location of the property is terrific, we are not sure how the hotel can decide that their queen size beds actually fit the measurements of a full size bed. The woman and the front desk claimed that’s just how it is. Definitely not a deal breaker, but still .....
