Well-located within the village and easy to get to via free transport bus to and from the airport.
Welcoming and lovely staff who are well equipt with knowledge and understanding of the hotel, village and community. Excellent rooms, it is generally difficult to find a hotel that serves 3 adults but this room was perfect for us, a apart-hotel so we were able to use the local shops and store them throughout our stay. We were very happy with the breakfast served everyday with a range of food was always fresh and delicious!
Family fun evening activities (which we still enjoyed!)

Room tip: Quiet rooms, great facilities and close to the slopes (ski home)

Overall quality was good. Complimentary breakfast was great.

The only complain is that we were assigned to a room at the very end of the hallway on 2nd floor where we need to pass through two sets of steps (each about 4-5 steps) in order to access the room. As family of 5 we have lots of luggage and because of those steps there was no way the luggage cart can access to our room. We had to move our heavy luggage one by one and walked through the long hallway and up and down those steps. Although we understand it is designed around the slope of the hill, it is not a smart design and creates inconvenience to guests.

On the second day our son had ski accident and injured his leg. Entire hotel does not even have one wheelchair to assist. We had to put him on dirty luggage cart but yet with the existence of those steps, cart can only help up to the point where the steps begin. This made us extremely difficult to carry him down the steps and walked along the long hallway to get back to the hotel room, and do the same when we checked out the next day.

On the other hand, location of the hotel is right at the top of the village. However, note that it is not a true ski in/ski out hotel.

Although not all guests may get assigned to room that may have the steps problem, there is always a possibility. Without this issue, overall hotel quality and service and complimentary breakfast is very good. For ski in/out hotel I would not recommend this hotel though.

The good...nicely renovated rooms......the bad....family of 5 having to lug our things down to sets of 5 stairs to get to the room so the luggage trolly cannot be used!
That is ridiculously not well planned out....
Our room the farthest at the very end, although quiet yes.. not practical when lugging food and supplies.
The ugly
Very poor equipped kitchen...no oven mitts no spatulas.....no dish cloths....no pans for oven.
3 grease drip trays but no pans under them...dirty oven not cleaned...
Its really too bad , wont stay here again
The heater was very hard to r3gulate blew cold air all weekend

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and the first two I'd rate a 5, unfortunately we had an issue where water was coming into our one bedroom suite and had to move to the only other available room in the hotel, which apparently was the smallest in the place. The room was nice but very tight for 2 adults and 2 children all with ski gear. The staff are super friendly and the location is great. As others have mentioned you are about a 1 minute walk to the tram. The parking is under the hotel and is pretty tight height wise. Those with a truck or SUV may want to leave the cargo box at home as you may run into trouble. Breakfast was the standard buffet and as expected, not amazing but totally adequate. We went up with another family and 2 or the 3 rooms had amazing views of the village/mountain. All had full kitchens, fireplaces and looked to be fairly new.
For the price you can't beat the place. We will be going back next year without a question.
