Overall, we enjoyed our two-day stay at this exquisite hotel. We loved our spacious room with the wood-burning fireplace and huge balcony overlooking Lake Tremblant. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom quite enormous. Water and chocolates each evening was a pleasant surprise. Also loved the Aveda products in the bathroom. The staff were consistently friendly and generally provided good service.
What’s not to like ? A few little hiccups were noted for this five star hotel: the room was extremely dry to the point my hair was full of static and on occasion when items were touched, I received a small zap; the bathroom shower tiles needed scrubbing as mold was noticed in the grout tiles; there was a stain on the carpet which should have been cleaned; and done if the furniture looked tired. As well, the food from the Bistro was very average and often served lukewarm. Due to Covid, we decided to have our food delivered to our room. Staff made several errors in the preparation of the food. Will comment on this in detail on their restaurant site.
Would we return? Not sure as we found the price point too high and at this price, we would expect everything to be perfect.
