We are family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids (15 & 7yo), from Toronto, Ontario. It was our first visit to this beautiful place, Mont Tremblant. The hotel was ok, nothing special. Room is pretty small, a little bit old, but overall is good for two nights which we spent there. The price was ok. Staff is great! Thanks!

1. Staff was not nice at all, aggressive with kids
2. I smell cigarettes in a non smoking room
3. Once we complained, the owner wrote that there was nobody in the hotel, because of Covid 19
so he doubted that there is a smoke smell.
I invited him to visit me at my room to check but he never replied back
4. Was A bad experience overall although the location is good.

We stayed in this hotel, during winter and it definitely is good value for money.

The location is just perfect, just at the bottom of the first lift uphill to the skiing area of Mont-Tremblant, where they offer some really good slopes. Additionally, it is located at the bottom of the Scandinavian-style skiing-village of Mont-Tremblant which is very cosy.

You will not get a top notch hotel experience in terms of quality, but for 3 stars, it is fine and the staff/service is very friendly.

You are able to access the hottub, gym and dry-sauna as well, which is a nice relieve after a day of skiing or hiking.

The only real big disadvantage in our view is the fact that they don’t have a nice lobby or hotel bar. There are a lot of alternative restaurants or bar in the village, but sometimes it is nice as well to just stay inside to get a drink as well.

Concluding, we would definitely go back again.

Travelling as a family of four gets expensive. One of the best ways to save $$ is to plan and make some meals on site. The full kitchen at Tour des Voyageurs was the main reason I chose this hotel. But the location, view, cleanliness, and size of the unit will have me come back again.

Self-parking is a challenge as the underground lot is literally a maze and you have to maneuver around pillars for almost every parking space. $15 a night is definitely reasonable tho. And you’ll never need your car while you are here.

Ski lockers fit 6 pairs of skis and have access doors to the lobby, the front entrance, and the pedestrian village/Cabriolet.

Casino shuttle is right outside between this hotel and the Holiday Inn/Marriott across the street.

Full kitchen has stove, fridge, microwave, keurig, and dishwasher (bring detergent for the dishwasher and extra dish towels/sponges, paper towel)

Our unit (248) had a gas fireplace, two TV’s, balcony, separate bedroom with queen bed and double pull-out sofa.

Hotel also has a gym, 4-season hot tub, and seasonal outdoor pool.

My family reserved a 1 bedroom with 2 beds and it was nice. Not enough storage space though. 1 small dresser for a room that sleeps 4 skiers was tough. Kitchen was fine for our needs. Location was amazing. Easiest access for cabriolet chair. Hot tub was great. Indoor parking was great, even though the ceiling is low, they have free box storage
Biggest complaint was the noise from other people all hours.

I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great week
