It is definitely something everyone should try. Great views, unforgetable experience and fun. The guides are proffesional and very friendly. They make sure all is well prepared and safe and they tell you about the wildelife snd nature. All very interesting. Just go and do it- it is absolutely wothe the price!
Thank you very much for your comment!
I had the best fun, felt safe, guides were excellent, total tour of 2.5 hours was a success. Love the fact that we Zip 2 in paralel, it sure adds to the fun. You never have to jump in the air, you just lift you legs and start zipping. The breaking system is ideal, you never feel out of control. The walk in the forest between some of the Zip is welcomed and not too demanding. We used their GOPRO and the videos are fantastic.
A great adventure.
It’s a must do in the area. The guides were all amazing. We all had a blast! Fall is the best time for it with all the colours.
My son and I decided to heed the advice of fellow "trip advisors" by booking this tour. The recommendations were very accurate. The staff is very accommodating and the guides are very professional. Although it was cold and wet, the descent was amazing, and when I finally took the time to look, the fall colours were simply spectacular. While I enjoyed the hike on certain transition points of the zipline, I know that some did not care for these "long" walks. My only critique is regarding the "eco-talks" which are very basic, not very informative, not particularly engaging. Otherwise this was a great outing that I would do again.
Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review and we really appreciate that you gave us a 5 out of 5 review. It is always our goal to provide an amazing experience to our guests. We appreciate your feedback regarding our "eco-talks" which are one of our core values at Ziptrek. We strive to provide an engaging and informative tour while educating our guests on the natural history around Tremblant and it's sustainability. We also take our guests feedback seriously and have already started working on improving this aspect of our experience in preparation of our summer 2019 season.
Warm regards,
The Ziptrek Team
Incredible views! A must do if you’re in Mont Tremblant! Our guides Fred, Philip and Louis were very friendly, encouraging and looked after us very well.
Thank you Jamie! We really appreciate you taking the time to review us and especially taking the time to recognize our guides who work very hard to provide the best experience possible for all our guests. Our views are some of the best in the world and we're glad you got to experience the best views in Tremblant. We hope to see you in one of our other locations in Whistler, BC or Queenstown, NZ soon!
Best regards,

Probably the best bang for your buck in the summer tourist village.
First of all, for those of you concerned, this is NOT SCARY AT ALL. You can sit down in the harness before shoving off, so there is no "leap of faith" required. Not at all like bungee jumping or even belaying down a cliff or falling/jumping off a ropes course.
We took our 4 teens on this and it was alot of fun! The guides were friendly and helpful, the equipment was very safe and well maintained. The little hikes between zip stations were lovely. although they may be less fun during bug season. Not a single mosquito in mid-September. We took the discounted morning excursion, which was a good idea since the village was still quiet and the parking lots were empty when we started out. When we got back there were so many people milling around that we were happy to have had the quiet experience earlier on.
The only way I can think to improve this is to somehow arrange for people to complete the course at their own pace, taking as much time as they want to walk the trails in between ziplines. But I imagine that would cause lineups at the zip stations, so I'm not sure it is a practical suggestion.
View was amazing, and the lines are not so fast that you can't appreciate the beauty of the area as you are flying by.
Note: free parking in HUGE lots P1 and P2, literally meters away from the paid VIP parking lot. Overflow free parking with shuttle service is also available if somehow P1 and P2 fill up.
Wow Susan! Thank you for taking the time to write your review and we're glad you enjoyed your experience with us. We take pride in our team of professional, friendly and helpful guides as well as safety on course. We really appreciate your feedback and take it all into consideration when planning for future seasons, years and potentially new locations. We hope to see you amongst us again soon.
Best regards,
The Ziptrek Team
