The cottage was in very good condition, newly renovated, with modern appliances and satellite TV. It offered a peaceful get away from it all. Nearby access to a semi-private beach with kayak was a nice feature. Fireplace, outdoor fire pit, balcony, and BBQ allowed our 9 year old daughter to enjoy the camping experience.
If we could make a few suggestions it would be to update the pots and pans. Lack of closet space was disapointing, especially if staying more than a few nights (we stayed a week). A dresser or two would solve that problem. Finally, some patio furniture would help improve the experience.
Overall, we had a great time and would recommend to others.

This beautiful country getaway exceeded our expectations in every possible way! What an amazing value… gorgeous interior with newly renovated everything, breathtaking view, and our own private sandy beach on a HUGE lake. Our 2 kids had a fabulous time and haven’t stopped talking about it. We really had the best of both worlds: quiet, secluded, super-private and not too far a drive to Mont Tremblant’s touristy activities. The owner was easy to deal with, actually spoke English, and provided lots of water toys.

Just a precious gem in the middle of 'nowhere'. Owner was awesome and accommodating (we travelled with little ones). Place was super clean (could use more modern bed linens). Only reason I could not give a 5 star is that it really is 'away from it all' - for adults that want to disconnect I can't think of anything more perfect! If traveling with little ones, bring lots to keep them occupied :)
