Lunenburg is such an adorable little town - we just loved it! There are loads of little stores to go into and lots of local craftspeople. When we got hungry, it looked like the choices were limited since we got there on May 14, a day before some of the restaurants open for the season.
We went to the Grand Banker Bar and Grill and weren't disappointed. The seafood chowder was the BEST we've ever eaten - chock full of shrimp, lobster, clams and potatoes in a light cream base. We shared the grilled cheese sandwich that had blue chees and cheddar cheese plus cartelized onions and apples. It was stunningly delicious. Don't miss this place!
