We stayed here in a loft room for a night en route to banff. the scenery on the journey to the hotel would be great from both directions and it is in a great location. The rooms had very comfortable beds and it was very clean. The hotel provided ample towels and soft white bathrobes and it is not uncommon to see guests strolling down the corridors in the robes. The guest hot springs pool was absolutely wonderful, and not crowded., and very relaxing after a drive. everyone was very friendly . We ate at the bar lounge and all ordered different meals which were very good and not over priced. A good experience and plenty to do for a longer stay with skiing hill, and plenty more in summer.

Room Tip: we had a loft room on level 6 towards the end of the block overlooking the pools and mountain altho...

My partner and I usually holiday in the Banff area every May and have stayed at this resort a couple times. We come to The Rockies for skiing, golf and hot springs. We absolutely love the hot springs, especially at night (I've included a few blurry pictures!) In May 2011, we joined family members and once again, had a perfect room and appreciated the beautiful property. We enjoyed hiking up to the top of the little ski hill. The view was wonderful! Unfortunately our evening meal was a complete disaster. Everything that could have gone wrong did and there was an evident lack of staff. We will probably return but will definitely dine elsewhere. Normally I wouldn't include this detail in a review but our stay was very short and a good meal is a huge part of our holiday experience.

We have stayed at the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort many times over the years both in the RV Park and in the Lodge. Our experiences have always been "Epic" or "Awesomeness" to quote two of our children who have grown up coming here. The resort is relaxed, family friendly and offers many options as to what to do and where to eat and stay depending on your situation. We come here to relax and get away from it all and it deserves an A+ in our books for that reason! Highly recommended!

We spent three days here before traveling over to Alberta. WE stayed in our Rv and spent a great deal of time relaxing in the Hot springs. We ate at the hotel and ther food was great and not too expensive. We visited here becuase of the hot springs on the property and they were worth the money. We would stay in the spriongs for at least four hours and you feel incredible once your finished. The staff are very helpful and the property is kept very nice. Worth the visit if your in eastern B.C.

My husband and I booked what is referred to as the honeymoon suite with the spa package, although we have been married 25 years. :) The room was very nice... clean and comfortable. We walked out our patio doors across the lawn to the "guests only" hot springs pool. The bed was very comfortable with a choice of hard or soft pillows. We ate at the coffee shop as well as the dining room in the hotel, and the meals were good. My husband had an exceptional salmon, and I had a well prepared steak. We were there during off season, so it was not really busy. We went mid-week (Thursday), and had the place almost to ourselves until Friday afternoon when more guests started to arrive… we left Saturday. The spa experience was very good. We booked a couples massage, and the massage therapists were very good. Friendly enough to make you feel quite comfortable, but yet still able to relax. All in all a very nice get away.

Room Tip: The honeymoon suite was lovely.

My wife and I stayed in the Juniper Lodge section of the hotel and it is is need of some updating. The room was very old and had not been updated for some time. We didn't have robes or coffee in the room, we had to go the the front desk to ask for them. The beds are average and the pillows are very thin and uncomfortable. We stayed on the main floor and it was very noisy the floor about was creaky. The hot springs are great.

Room Tip: Stay in the main lodge the rooms are better.
