We had a three night stay here and loved it! The rooms were very modern and comfortable. There was free coffee and tea available all day and they provided a free breakfast from the lovely cafe situated under the Lodge. There was lots of outdoor seating at the back and views of the surrounding mountains to die for! We thought the Lodge was great value for money and would definitely go back.

Ours was a one night stay as we wanted to be reasonably close to catch a very early ferry out of Bella Coola. This hotel is very new, clean and spacious and much more inviting than the exterior photos suggest. Comfy beds. Our large room had a big deck off it, which was nice to relax on with a great view to the mountains.
We were staying when the pandemic was still happening; the small cafe was closed. We had to drive the half hour into Bella Coola for dinner. Alternatively there were quite a few barbecues for use on the property and ample space in a large field area for different groups to spread out. In fact, the field amenities- basketball court, trampoline, soccer pitch etc, would make this a great stop for families.
Our departure was very early but the owner made sure we understood how to operate the coffee machine before we left.
Looks like this is a popular place for fishermen.
Nice place that could easily be much better. ( by oiling the hinges of the bathroom door, having a night table and lamp on both side of the King bed instead of nick-nacks, having breakfast available before 9am, refilling your shampoo when you run out, and refilling the coffee machine as needed, not playing music until 10 pm since the walls are paper thin).
Enjoyed the large room, open view, nice shower, good bed, and cleanliness.
We loved this place. It was clean, new and tastefully done. Everything was convenient, very comfortable and pleasant. We had a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Great family run lodge, with access to world class fisheries and bear watching/nature. The owners are super welcoming and quick to help out with insider tips or a damn good bubble tea. My wife and daughter were pleased with the later! We will be booking again for next year 100%.

The setting of Eagle Lodge at the base of a couple of peaks is quite amazing, with the view out the back lawn perfectly framed, with a practice golf hole to boot! The owners are very welcoming and friendly and have created a really impressive small resort. We were there in the summer and enjoyed hiking in the area. The rooms are spacious and spotless. Looking forward to returning!
