We arrived early morning to attend an afternoon wedding at Alenquer. After asking for an early check-in (official time is 2p.m.) the lady at the Reception Desk managed to offer as a just recently cleaned room in almost no time.

Not a luxury hotel. However, clean and comfortable. Perfect for a stopover on your way to Lisbon Airport, or of, for whatever the reason you prefer to avoid downtown Lisbon.

Room Tip: Avoid west orientation in summer so that you don't need air conditioner in the evenings.

Great hotel for a 3\4 star the service by the friendly staff is great along with a good restaurant menu served quickly and efficiently, well presented.
The hotel is clean with well presented rooms along with a quiet location, the only minus point is it’s location it’s fairly easy to get into Lisbon by taxi however apart from a couple of supermarkets there is nothing else close if you fancy a walk or a night out.
Would recommend this hotel as a stop over for a few nights and as I’ve stated the staff really make this a good venue.

Room Tip: Most rooms have a balcony some overlook the railway and some the main road not much difference.

I was amazed by the dinner service in the hotel. I do not think that I have ever had a service like that. They know the wine etiquette very well and the waiter knew about the ingredients in the food. I am gluten intolerant and they made a huge chicken plate for me that I could not even finish. Rooms are also nice for the cheap price.

Room Tip: Good price hotel with excellent dinner service

We stayed here after an evening flight from Norway into Lisbon airport. We were heading north the next day, so the location was perfect, some 20 minutes drive from the airport and on the main road north to Porto.

We got a room (no 019) in the new part of the hotel. The room was big and modern (see attached phtotos). The beds are king size and extremely comfortable. Nice bathroom with the usual equipment.

The continental breakfast was a little boring, croissants that were over cooked and some fruits, some cereals and not a lot else.

Free parking is nice! (as we rented a car).

Not a bad hotel, but nothing much to praise about it other than being very quiet and giving you a good night sleep.

Regards
Svein-Magne Tunli from Bergen, Norway.

Room Tip: Try to get a room in the new part of the hotel!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was large with a balcony. The bed was very comfy and although there is a main road and train line outside it was very quiet. The location was good for us as we were attending an event 10mins away and the motorways were easily accessible. A little out of the way for restaurants etc without a car and the choice of food in the hotel is limited but we had a bar snack which was fine and very reasonably priced.
