Perfect for overnight before crossing border, the next morning. Several sites appear to be seasonal, but they also have short term back in and pull thru sites. Thought I’d booked a pull thru but assigned us a back in. They quickly changed us to pull thru and we’re very good about it. There is a restaurant, “The Bennet Craft kitchen”, a 5 minute walk away. Great food. Pub style with patio in summer. Perfect for us, since we did not want to detach truck and drive somewhere to eat, only to have to hook up again the next day. You also start out fresh when crossing the border and to make some mileage.

We were planning to cross the border the next morning so chose this RV park for its proximity to the border and for the availability of wifi and cable tv. We pre booked a pull through site as we were towing a car. We paid $57.75 for one night. There are no pull through sites so we had to unhook our car. You can only get cable if you get and hook up a cable box - not worth the effort for 1 night so no tv. The wifi was so weak we never did get on and we were told we were under a hot spot. Pets must be walked on a short leash down the center of the road until you exit the park. The lots were very small and close together - the neighbours septic line was right beside our door. It had a nice indoor pool but did not justify the price. Will not stay again.

Park is well clean and well maintained, sites are pretty tight and you feel a little crammed in, there's no real place for pets which would be a nice addition. Overall a nice place, just not a lot of extra amenities.

Room Tip: All pretty well the same

Sites are very, very tight, cost is a little on the high side for the cramped sites. You have to pay to take a shower, who does that? Very silly & strick dog policy, must walk your dog down the middle of the road & they highly recommend you take your dog outside the camp area to walk it. WIFI is very spotty, I would not recommend it for any length of stay, sorry

The amenities such as the pool, hot tub and sauna are kept up. Showers are a dollar and last about 20 minutes. There is laundry on site - a loonie for the washer and two loonies for the dryer. There's a fair sized lounge to watch tv in, play shuffleboard or read a book while waiting for your laundry to finish. The landscaping is neat and tidy. Guests here are well behaved and quiet for the most part. Also, I can leave all my stuff out without having to worry about it being stolen. There aren't any fire pits here but you can bring your own propane fire pit. The location is nice being so close to the border crossing to the states and only 5 km from the ocean. Small dogs are permitted. There's 30 amp and 50 amp sites with wifi which is somewhat unreliable most times depending on where you're site is and what time you go on at. Overall, I was here last year for 5 months and again this year for several months and refuse to stay anywhere else as I'm a solo female traveller.
