Love this place to eat out with either friends or family. The food choices are very good and varied and the food is always piping hot when it arrives in front of you. The burger is particularly amazing and is the best I've ever eaten. The specials are always good too. Service excellent at all times whether quiet or busy

Six of us visited (we were guests of the others) on 21st August in the evening. Very few other people in for food. Very slow service after we ordered. the menu looked good and there was a vegetarian menu which also looked good. However when the food eventually arrived most of us were disappointed with the amount and quality.

A lunch time stop with business colleagues was a bit of a treat at this establishment. Only really wanting a sandwich and a drink, we eventually opted for one of cheapest items on the very extensive menu of very nice fare. The menu clearly doubles as the evening or dinner menu and therefore has dinner prices.
The three of us all selected a different type of light lunch sandwich, or at least we thought it would be a light lunch. The packed bap was full of goodness and flavour and accompanied by delicious chips for around £8.
I recall there being offerings of beef and rocket, sausage and onion or chicken goujons.
Waitress service was excellent and after a bit of a wait for our lunch, we all thought it was excellent and worth the wait. The pub/restaurant was quite busy for a lunchtime and has become popular.
The bar is well stocked and there is a large wine list, the Tunnel Vision, brewed locally, was my favourite.

Shared an evening with relatives, my own experience doesn't represent any other persons opinion. Ordered seafood pasta, wasn't very warm, tomatoes sauce was tasteless and the seafood vastly overcooked and rubbery Ugh.

Friendly staff, very good food at affordable prices, but a fairly limited menu (perhaps this is a good thing, they cook a few things well rather than a big choice badly!).
