What a wonderful experience from start to finish. We (two of us) sat at the bar to eat, which meant we were able to talk with the people working there. It's small and cosy with a fantastic atmosphere. Authentic delicious tapas, paired with a dry slightly smokey red wine (recommended by the gentleman behind the bar). The lamb was hands down the best dish, melt in the mouth, served with a yoghurt paprika pine nut dipping sauce. We ordered eight dishes between us which was more than enough. Could not fault the service, very attentive, friendly, smiling team. Would definitely come again and will be recommending Paco Tapas!
