Visited for a BNL concert. Good acoustics, reasonably good facilities, felt a lot more comfortable than another concert hall in Bristol I have visited. Let down by flat beer in the bar.

This is an intimate, atmospheric venue with good acoustics for orchestral events. My only criticism would be that the seats are very uncomfortable and I'm sure my shifting about towards the end of the performance must have been annoying everyone else.

Hello

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed the concert. With reference to the seats we will be commencing our transformation project of the hall in June. This will include a whole new refurbishment of the auditorium including the seating. We are sorry that you found our current seating uncomfortable.

Staff are rude and patronising. The venue is aimed at keeping the elite (their invited guest list) away from the peasants (the rest of us). No attempt to create an inclusive welcoming space. A great opportunity missed.

Lots to see, hear and taste at Colston Hall. Great jazz week with free entertainment and reasonably priced food.....just not enough choice.
