We stayed 3 nights in room 5 - The luxury en-suite double . Room was tired with a loose floorboard. Could have done with more power sockets for charging phones/cameras etc. Bed and towels clean and bed quite comfortable in spite of some squeakiness. Breakfast staff friendly. breakfast food good

A lovely hotel at the perfect location, both close to the beach and Falmouth Town. We stayed here for a couple of nights only, but soon as we arrived we wished we were there for longer. The room with three beds was clearly newly refurbished and had its own bathroom. Every morning we were served a lovely breakfast from a menu with many choices, the staff was also very positive and kind, and always wanted to help with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

I have stayed there for 2 nights on a comprehensive UK trip, so this was my Cornwall base. I did not regret: The room was clean and comfortable, maybe a little narrow. Everything else was in very good shape, the location of the hotel is very good, walking distance to beach and downtown. The breakfast served is high class restaurant quality, with many choices and offers. Staff, the breakfast people in particular, are very friendly and helpful. When I'm back in Cornwall, I'll be back there, for sure.

Very well located within walking distance of much that Falmouth has to offer. Our room was a decent size with a sea view. Our hosts were informative and helpful (especially assisting with our large and heavy suitcases!). The breakfast selection was very good and they were happy to accomodate special requests.
