Excellent location for the flat - close to the town centre and quiet location despite being close to a main road. Plenty of parking out front. Everything you need in a flat for being on holiday! It was very well maintained and decorated with great taste. The flat is comfortable with lots of space for our stuff as well as our little baby too. Great for cooking in as well as close enough to the town centre and plenty of choices for take aways and restaurants. The owner was very accommodating and helpful before and after our stay. Definitely excellent value for money!

Two bedrooms, good sized kitchen/diner/lounge. Ground floor with a small external terrace. All is new and clean. Tv with freeview, wifi, mp3 player. Approx 5-10 min walk to the town. The road is quiet despite proximity to the a39, and walkable to gylly beach. A doormat by the rear door would be a great addition to keep the floor clean. This place is a really lovely bolthole to stay in falmouth with the added bonus of being able to take a dog. Will definitely book again.
