We have stayed at the Cottage before with all the family and pooches and couldn't wait to return.
There are 4 good sized bedrooms (1 ensuite)Family bathroom, nice sized lounge, Kitchen, dining room and downstairs toilet,Utility with garage with additional storage and spare fridge freezer.
It is ideal as there is a double room downstairs next to the utility and garage for the dogs.
The beauty of the Cottage is that it's big enough to accommodate our family but there is plenty of room to have your own space as well !
There is a lovely feel to the house and everything has been considered, games, DVDs, buckets spades, bats, balls and some body boards in the garage. Local restaurant menus, tourist leaflets for local attractions.
There is dishwasher/washer/dryer with all powders supplied and some condiments, tea/coffee supplies and every type of kitchen utility you could ever need !!
It's nice that you can go away without having to take the kitchen sink !
The House has recently been decorated throughout and is modern and has a lovely home from home feel.

It's nice to have a large enclosed garden for the dogs and we even managed drinks on the decking area one afternoon - not bad for the end of October !
The Cottage is ideal for the beach, walking up to the Headland or down to the gannel and just a short walk into town.

Nick the owner was very accommodating from booking to arriving, during our stay and as we left.
We arrived much later than anticipated due to Traffic but it wasn't a problem and the key was available for our arrival. Nick also ensured we had contact numbers should we have needed anything.

Can't fault it at all and look forward to booking for next year - only downside is that we had to leave !!!

Thanks Nick and Julie and we hope to return soon
