Looking for a hound friendly pub for an evening meal we found the Treguth Inn. An excellent discovery, such a friendly dog filled comfortable bar. The staff and locals were very welcoming and the food which is home cooked was superb and plentiful, Definitely recommended.

We stayed at a local holiday park a 5 minute walk away and oh my.... What a find.
From the start of our stay to the end the service was absolutely fantastic.
The staff genuinely interested in how you are. They absolutely doted on our daughter, thea... so much so that Lisa offered to hold thea so we could eat our meals - twice. Wouldn't get that service in a beefeater!
Food is delicious. We ate there 4 times and can't fault at All!!

Thank you for a truly wonderful visit and we can't wait to revisit you all again next year xxx

came here for dinner and found a traditional English food with great pub grub. Beef and ale pie was excellent as was the fish and chips and sausage and mash. Good desserts and good choice of beers.

At the end of a wet Summer morning walk decided to find a dry place for lunch.

On recommendation from a local went to Treguth Inn. We were first in pub just after opening at 12.00. The bar area soon filled up. But plenty of room in dining room too.

Lunch was fish and chips, and scampi and chips. All cooked to order and served piping hot. Good portion and tasted good. Just under £11 each. Other options were cheaper.

The only thing stopping this from being a five is there was only one lad behind the bar. By the time we left, and it was busy, people had to wait.

But food was really good. Will go again. Holywell Bay is great for walking on the coast path.

This is a great little pub. Friendly staff, lovely food and very accommodating for dogs (free dog treats which went down very well !). We had a very enjoyable evening. Thank you.
