We stayed in Wagon House for 3 nights. It was very comfortable, well laid out and spotlessly clean. It was perfect for a family with young children.

“Lovely Country Cottage”

My son and I enjoyed our stay at the Wagon House very much. Although it had begun as a farm building years ago, it has been recently converted to a delightful, meticulous little cottage on a working farm. We occasionally heard the gentle sounds of the sheep and birdsong, which made us feel quite at home. The kitchen was equipped with everything one would need for an extended stay. We arrived late at night and the lights were on for us. Inside we found a delicious cake to welcome us, as well. Many thanks for a lovely stay!

“Wonderful holiday home, especially for families!”
Reviewed September 5, 2014 for a stay in August 2014

Absolutely fantastic home to stay in, lovely views from the house and very spacious. We were greeted with a lovely cake on the table which my daughters enjoyed thoroughly! It is within trekking distance from Port Isaac which makes a nice day out, and gives beautiful views. It's an ideal home to stay in if you are a family or a large group. I would definitely book this house again.

“What a lovely place to stay!”

We have just returned from a week staying in Wagon House on Higher Hendra Farm near Port Isaac. What a lovely place! Fully equipped and spacious house with a sunny contained garden. A delicious cake & some milk awaited our arrival! We woke each morning to the gentle sounds of the sheep and their lambs. My nine year old son loved going out each morning to help "Farmer Phil' feed the sheep. So much to visit very close by. Our Austrian friends were staying with us and their first visit to Cornwall. They loved both where we were staying and the area. We were lucky with the weather too. Coastal path is within walking distance otherwise a car is needed. Pet friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property and we would love to return in the future.

“We couldn't have wished for a better holiday home!”
Reviewed August 29, 2013 for a stay in August 2013

We spent a wonderful week at the Wagon House. The booking process was easy and the owner was always quick to respond with answers to my questions prior to booking. On arrival, we found a very clean and well equipped spacious home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There was even a home baked cake for us which was delicious.
The location was very convenient for exploring Cornwall. It is close to many tourist attractions including the Eden project and Polzeath beach. The property is on a working farm and my children were thrilled to be able to visit dogs, cats, sheep and cows. The owner very kindly showed them around and made it an incredibly memorable holiday for them.
Myself, my young children and my elderly parents all enjoyed their stay and so the property is suitable for all ages.
I would not hesitate to recommend the Wagon House and we would love to visit again.
