This part of the enormous sands here is less popular than others but still has good surf. The car park is up on the headland and is small but fine and the cafe and surf shop (also upon the headland) are excellent (great cakes) but also small. On warm days this can get busy if you don't time it right.
There's a walk down a sandy path to the beach - which is good, but not for the infirm.

The beach is just beautiful and great for swimming and surfing. This was not our first trip to the beach but our first time surfing. We normal body board but decided this time to take a lesson surfing which was great fun. Defiantly will do again.

Perfect place if you like walking over the towans with your dog and be able to see the sea it's a dogs paradise.

Wow this beach is absolutely gorgeous seems to go on for miles ,golden sand and beautiful rock formations. When we visited it was very quite secluded and peaceful, unlike the other beaches we visited in Cornwall which were beautiful but busy. There's a carpark right facing the beach however we parked at the top carpark and walked over the dunes and climbed down the rocks ...I want to go back...great for the dog he didn't want to leave.

Miles and miles of good clean sand and crashing waves..lifeguard service, good access, sand dunes, great family times..

Fantastic beach visited with our 3 dogs and they loved it. Really clean and tidy beach one of the best I've been to and great surrounding area
