“Great cottage, great location”
Reviewed March 9, 2016 for a stay in March 2016

I can't fault the cottage we stayed in and was in a great location for close by mountain bike trails.

“Stunning cottage in a beautiful location”

This is a warm and welcoming cottage in the heart of Braithwaite. Within a minutes walk of the friendly local shop and the Royal Oak pub (really good food)
The cosy cottage was extremely clean, and had everything we needed for the week (for 2 adults, 2 children & 2 dogs). There was a lovely walk opposite the cottage that followed the river behind the local camp site and was great for the dogs.
The location is literally a few minutes drive from A66 and about 10 minutes to centre of Keswick and 45 minutes to Grizedale & Coniston.
WiFi was a little slow in the evening but apart from that we would definitely recommend and go back again.
