Just go there. Incredibly freash seafood prepared perfectly. Very down to earth, dog friendly, casual and unpretentious.

Have eaten here twice in the last month and just can't recommend it enough, I almost don't want to send a review as it's already difficult to get in, fortunately they do take bookings for an early lunch sitting. It is just superb, the best fish and seafood we had lobster, crab, turbot and sole on our various visits, all just simply done but of the highest quality, but in that setting you would be happy to eat anything. Made all the more special by taking the little Ditsum ferry to and from the Anchorstone just blissful.

Great breakfasts, served in the open air - tremendous value. They joy here is the sheer quality of the ingredients; this is a place where they go out of their way to source good quality food and then treat it with respect. As a result, the sausages are good, the bacon excellent, the coffee has a great taste... I could go on. Wonderful marmalade and jam with the two different slices of toast. Friendly, smiling service. Great pricing. It must be good for lunch, I suspect - and the other Anchorstone up river at Dittisham has to go on the list for a visit...

This was a good experience. Sunny Sunday at Seven. Seven in the morning that.
Before Dartmouth was busy with day rippers, a chance to sit down and enjoy a full English. Mug of tea for £1. Compared with Brighton this was a giveaway. Sitting out on Coronation Green alongside the RiverDart 18c and still. You know you are living a dream when all this comes together within 50 metres of the apartment that you have rented. Excellent breakfast, clean environment and friendly staff. That's me sorted for breakfast for the rest of the week
