Really nice place. Friendly staff, great coffee and a very tasty brownie! We’ll go back to try a cream tea as the scones looked excellent!

Popped in for brunch today; we’ve walked past several times (staying a couple of doors up). There’s a good menu ranging from cooked breakfast options to sandwiches, tea cakes & scones. I had pancakes and bacon with a side of scrambled eggs which I enjoyed very much. The cappuccino was excellent as well. Definitely recommended to pop in for a bite to eat.

Thank you for the warm welcome, and tasty food. Dog friendly cafe.
We were made to feel very at home.

Surprised by previous comments. I am technically a local who lives a few miles outside of Dartmouth. We normally eat breakfast elsewhere but find our favourite haunt gets really busy and thus difficult to get seated. Tried this cafe for a change and didn’t find it overly welcoming: in fact it almost felt as if we were putting the owner out by turning up. Coffee was good quality as were the breakfast ingredients; but breakfast did feel over priced for what we had and options felt limited compared to other places.

Fantastic lunch in a lovely little cafe. Great sandwiches; cheese & chutney was delicious (soft granary bread, thick slices of cheese and wonderful chutney), ham and mustard sandwich was great too (the ham had not long been cooked so was still warm)
