The appartement has firstclass design, view and television. Because of steps leading to the entrance, in the corridor and within the appartment, disabled people will be challenged. For the rest very poor maintenance of this particular appartement. The location is excellent for making trips in the surroundings, using the boatservices to the city centre and the coast path.

Room Tip: The management should stay there themselves and being a plumber.

Drake's Wharf, is a lovely place, and will hopefully be finished by the developers. Easy to get to by bus from the town centre, or take the ferry. Beautiful views. We rented a one bedroom/studio from Plum Holidays. The property was adequate in size and good value for money. It was let down though by the lack of care in maintaining the property. Cupboards did not fit or close, shower fixture was too high for anyone under 7ft tall (ladies take a shower cap), the toilet seat was in danger of falling off, and unfortunately the shower stall was growing some interesting black mold. For a rental at the beginning of the tourist season, it needed immediate attention and a good paint and carpet clean (bedroom). If these can be fixed quick, I would encourage anyone to visit.

A lovely little apartment with everything you could need for a short trip away. The apartment is compact but was perfect for single traveller. The building and the complex are awesome and there is a good choice of restaurants in the area too. Way better than a normal corporate hotel room.

Setting of the property in the old military yard is outstanding, as was the interaction with the property manager. What was not so good was the fact that the flat was in need of some TLC with some broken fittings in the bathroom. Worst part is the car parking, whilst you get a permit to park this is in a car park some distance from the flat.

What a great little bolt hole. Just what we needed for a treat away from home. Everything we needed in a snug little apartment. Great features from the massive thick walls to the steel support still in the room.
Very good system as we were met and shown around by very pleasant chap.
Would come back again without hesitation.
PS Attached a photo of the central common area very interesting (for me anyway)
