My 2 sisters and I had a wonderful reunion at this hotel as our childhood was spent nearby where our parents lived 70 years ago!
What a fantastic hotel it is now with fabulous views of the bay, an amazing spa, and relaxing atmosphere. The food and service was second to none . We had an incredible deal that included tea and biscuits on arrival a delicious 6 course dinner with choice of dishes beautifully served and presented, evening entertainment, overnight accommodation, breakfast, and afternoon tea with use of the amazing new hydro spa for only £59.00! A no brainer for a fantastic break in a beautiful setting. We will be returning again asap.
Thank you to everyone for a truly memorable stay.

Faultless. But breakfast very poor and very slow.the dinners were amazing and the staff were Fantastic .get there privalage card there very worth it .re booking soon as so relaxing.we were upgraded from seaview to executive sea view , great views of sea and gardens.rooms spotless

I saw this hotel on trip advisor whist looking for a spa hotel to stay at for a couple of days.hotel look good from the outside lovely view over the Riviera. The staff at reception were very good when I arrived I was an hour early for check in and my room was ready. On arrival there was a complimentary tea or coffee which I thought was nice with friendly bar staff. My room was very nice with a sea view and had tea making facility. Food was good, and entertainment in the evening not bad either. The spa was good to relax in. Also they offered a complementary taxi service at 10 30 to the harbour and return at 4 30 would recommend this hotel will be going back there in the near future

lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings but before booking a relaxing weekend away check that they have no weddings booked as if they do you wont have access to the bar/sun terrace as the wedding guests do and we had to sit with our evening drink in lobby not sitting all together which then got invaded by drunken wedding guests going through to access toilets.

Beautiful room overlooking the sea. Easy distance into town if you're fit. Quite a climb back but there is a daily shuttle taxi service.
Hotel rather tired and understaffed. 2017 prices are too high for slow service and very traditional menus. Food itself was OK. Catering really for wedding parties, elderly returners and not for families. Karaoke and bingo not our pleasure. Over amplified Butlins style singers really last century.
