Just returned from a three night stay at the Lincombe Hall Hotel. Booked for two nights and offered a third free of charge which was very welcome. This hotel really is everything you need for a good break. Rooms are very nice - we had a Gold Room which was well appointed, nicely decorated and very clean. Lovely bathroom with corner bath and free-standing shower. Breakfast is excellent with a full buffet of everything you can think of and a menu to order further items if required. We had dinner on one evening which was good but with the amazing restaurants in and around the area, had dinner out on the other two evenings. Staff are efficient and friendly all working hard to keep everyone happy. Two nights of entertainment which were both good or a film showing in the cinema room, if preferred. The outdoor pool was closed but the hot tub steaming away for those brave enough. The indoor pool looked very inviting but the jacuzzi was not open. A new health club is planned and works start soon. Would recommend and will definitely return in the future. Thank you.

Such a shame we can’t stay longer.
Probably the best nights sleep in a long time, very comfortable room and extremely clean throughout the hotel. The staff a great and really value your visit making you feel very welcome. When we are down this way again this will always be our first choice location to stay.

From the time we walked into the hotel until the day we left we were made to feel very welcome. The staff are outstanding and go the extra mile. Our room was a middle grade which was comfortable with a patio area with table and chairs. The dining room is beautifully decorated and the food is of a high standard.
The hotel is a short distance from the town centre and the sea,but the return to the hotel is harder as the gradient is quite steep. There is a bus stop outside the hotel for those who find the hill too steep.

My wife and I visited the lincombe a week ago. This is our fifth year and it gets better every time we visit, the staff are very friendly and helpful and cannot do enough to make your stay memorable. We stayed in a gold room would advise the upgrade as they are comfortable and airy. One point is that there is no lift could be difficult if you have problem with stairs.
The food in the restaurant was much to our liking the breakfast buffet is fabulous English and Continental. The staff in there are all very helpful and pleasant. The hotel sits at the top of a hill not all that steep (ok for a bit of exercise). There is entertainment most nights plus a small cinema room besides. No children are allowed under sixteen which suited us. The facilities are good indoor and outdoor pools and an outdoor jacuzzi.
It is a short walk down the hill about 10 mins to the sea front. We will definatly be back next year if not before.

I enjoyed a very pleasant weekend break at the Lincombe Hall. Although I had booked a single room, I was upgraded to a very nice first floor double. The bed was so comfortable with crisp white linen and amazing soft springy pillows. A 'full-on' hospitality tray was a welcome sight after a fairly long drive too. Free Wifi is available throughout the hotel with USB sockets in the room. Every part of the hotel is impeccably clean and well maintained. Hotel Manager, David and his team have perfected just the right mix of friendliness and professionalism. I booked 2 nights b&b, however after reading the impressive dinner menu displayed in the dining room, decided to invite two guests and eat in the hotel on the Sunday evening. We were certainly not disappointed, excellent food and service, with tea/coffee served in the lounge afterwards. Upon checking out, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a £20 Loyalty Voucher, £10 for each night spent at the hotel, which is valid for 2 years - a nice touch. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel which is just a short walk to the town and harbour, albeit a steep walk back!
