This hotel was great value for money, it was about a 5 minute walk into town, and 10 minutes down to the beach, very idea especially in the English weather. The spa downstairs is very good value for money also, a must do but if you don’t want to pay then there is the one upstairs that you don’t have to pay for that’s also very nice. Whilst there we visited a bar called ‘the cosy club’ a must go to in my opinion, very quirky, they have happy hour on cocktails, they also provide board games. We also went to a Mexican restaurant which was called Ojo Rojo, it was hands down the best Mexican restaurant that I’ve been to, defiantly worth the visit, overall the hotel was an amazing location, and very friendly staff. Would defiantly return

We really enjoyed our short break away to Bournemouth! The hotel was very conveniently located, close to the beach and shops! Staff were very helpful, plumbing needed work but that’s the only negative!

We travelled to stay here as a gift, after getting married the day before. We stayed in the bar on arrival, as had got there early and check in wasn't until 3pm, bar was okay and room was ready early so grabbed our key and got settled not too long after. Found a nice box of chocs and a congrats card which was lovely. Came out for dinner later that evening, food was amazing and staff were great, really made an effort with us, especially gentleman with blonde hair (so sorry struggling to remember name). Breakfast was a little disappointing, was really looking forward to the scrambled egg but they weren't served again for the buffet until 45 minutes after we arrived, not the end of the world but was something we were looking forward to being served. It was only one person in particular that made our experience a bit off putting, huffing and puffing then burping loudly at breakfast in front of us and the other guests, she worked both the days we were there and was just as unpleasant on both occasions. Spa facilities were lovely, the Aromatherapy Cave was a nice surprise and the Jacuzzi was great. Overall we did enjoy our stay, and it is in a great location near bars, restaurants and the beach.

A very enjoyable stay. Room was clean and comfortable with all amenities to hand.. tea/coffee, hairdryer, air fan and iron/ironing board.
Had good food in the restaurant for dinner nicely prepared with ample portions.
Breakfast was plentiful with cooked option, cereals, fruit and toast.
A really nice place!!
Excellent value for money with deal but would pay full price also.

I stayed here with my sisters and mum as part of their Simply Spa break - spa facilities & treatment, dinner, bed and breakfast. To be honest the spa was not the best - the pool was too cold and very busy and one of the rooms was a little tired. The staff were brilliant, they worked hard to ensure our complaints were addressed and that we were happy. The dinner package was amazing value and the food was faultless. The restaurant staff and general manager were brilliant and really made our experience even better. The package was really good value and we had a great time.
