I am half vietnamese and grew up in Hong Kong! It is what you would expect in a typical cafe style fast food joint in Asia!
Not sure why previous review by " christopher_james_83" is so negative. He has clearly taken plenty of time and creative writing Into his review,
It was my first visit here with my family, we had a selection of fresh rolls, my wife had the vegetarian curry which had some really good textures made from compressed tofu! The phó was fantastic! Just like how a good gravy ties a roast dinner together! The broth for the phó you can tell was made from scratch using bones, burnt onions and ginger.
It says what it says in the numbered picture menu! Staff were very friendly!
Can't wait for my second visit!
And finally just to educate christopher_james_83
If you were to have duck in the streets of Asia, it will always be well done. The chip shop style brown bottles you were whining about is actually very authentic in many street food vendors that serve the best phó!
