“A perfect place to stay”
Reviewed 29 May 2016 for a stay in May 2016

The best of the 14 or 15 self-catering cottages we've stayed in, with the friendliest and most thoughtful owners. The living room is like a conservatory on two sides, looking out onto the garden, and the chairs and bed are very comfortable. Having our own parking space was a great asset, although the cottage is only five minutes' walk from the abbey, an excellent pub-cum-restaurant and the centre of Sherborne. There's plenty to see in the area. Although I have mobility problems, I was able to get around the cottage quite easily. We certainly intend to return.
