We required an overnight stay in Hastings.
All the nicer looking hotels were fully booked - This place seems to get picked last.
Bad Points:
We paid £90 - It was worth more like £25.
It should not be called a hotel - It is more like a B&B or Guest House.
Our very small room was up about 8 flights of stairs.
The floor was sloping and made me feel sea-sick.
In my opinion the window in the bedroom of room 16 is dangerous and it would be extremely easy to fall out of due to its height and full opening profile.
The room was extremely hot with no fan provided.
Bed was very poor quality - I was not able to sleep most of the night due to discomfort.
No working Wi-Fi and really no facilities.
The owner clearly does not like to spend money.
The towels were not soft and did not even match.
Good Points:
Location is reasonable.
Sea view was nice.
Breakfast was acceptable but we were not offered fruit juice and our tomatoes were missing.
Room was clean but there was dirt under items in the bathroom.More
