We visit friends in Hastings and we always stop here due to the fantastic rates on offer. Checked in on Bank Holiday Sunday. There was an issue that our room was not ready at 2pm but we were quickly moved to an alternative room. Nice clean room with the comfy bed as always. No noise from the outside. Great location, only a short taxi ride into town. We booked breakfast in the morning which although slightly expensive was good and set us up nicely for the day. See you again next year.

A little disappointed with this premier inn. Having stayed at many across the country I of course compare to other premier inns. The lower floors smell of damp. I understand theu had a problem with flooding but the smell is so strong when you first go through reception. The carpet really needs replacing. Our room was tired. Rip in the carpet that has been repaired with tape. Not sure what was above us but it was noisy all night. People walking and doors slamming. The staff we met were all lovely and helpful and breakfast was nice. Not a bad place to stay but not the usual high standards of premier inn. It needs a revamp and a bit of tlc.

We stayed for 3 nights in room 212 which was very large. The room was very clean with fresh towels and a hairdryer is provided. The bed was extremely comfy and we slept very well. There is a lift which is large enough for your suitcases (we have found that some premiers have small lifts). We used the restaurant only once and thought it was great that the door on the 1st floor takes you straight into the restaurant so that you don't actually have to go out of the hotel. The food is excellent and not too pricey. There is plenty of parking but gets busy on Sunday lunch time. All in all we had a pleasant stay.

Room Tip: Room 212 is very spacious.
