Wonderful. As Dandelion seeds propagate by casting there seed to the wind this little flower of a restaurant reputation will undoubtedly spread and grow.
The front of house Jess is a delightful recipe of enthusiasm and ability, which was an overture to some excellent food and service.
The local Romney marsh lamb is a melt in the mouth perfection of flavour as is the Rib eye steak that re-educates taste buds as to how food should taste when prepared by a Chef who knows their craft and is clearly motivated.
From vegetarian starters to main course and deserts this is a must go to restaurant that you will leave not only planning your next visit but a renewed appreciation for the humble Dandelion and good food.
