Like going to stay with your grandparents for the night, lovely cosy old fashioned room. Decorated with lots of colour and nice and comfy! Me and my friend stayed in room 5 for one night, and were both very happy. The garden here is just beautiful!! And breakfast was lovely. Had a lovely relaxing night away and enjoyed sitting in the garden watching the wildlife, you wouldn't believe how close you are to a very busy main road. Would definitely recommend staying here, Thank you.

This is a B&B which is in the middle of the town in need of refurbishment. The rooms are fully equipped with all amenities including fridge and crockery for having dinner, etc. They have fan, tea coffee making facility, etc. However, the rooms are quite small and do not have much space. It also has an old house smell. The hosts however are very nice and the breakfast is of very high quality. The car park is quite small and not enough room to park and reverse conveniently. It is located between two roundabouts and need to be careful otherwise can miss it. The room we stayed in is a twin attic room and the bathroom was on first floor. So please check if you have problems climbing stairs. The 2nd set of stairs are very narrow. They do have a garden as shown in the picture but the access is from the car park. It however is not as good as it appears in the picture. If this property was a little bit cheaper, it would have been a reasonable value for money but I suppose the rich linen, quality of breakfast may compensate for the shortfalls. The hosts are very accommodating and are keen to give you a good experience of the stay. So, overall it is OK as long as you know what you are getting.

We came to stay in Cheltenham for our date-night away and could not have picked a more perfect B n B. The property is located on a main road opposite a KFC and Harvester. The road was very busy when when arrived, but thanks to what must have been Triple-Glazed windows, you could hardly hear a thing.

The room was beautifully furnished with a Flat screen TV/DVD combo on the wall, and a very comfy double bed with lovely fresh smelling linen. Included was lovely home comfort necessities like proper tea, and plates were provided if you wished to bring your dinner back to the room. It had a spacious and very clean en-suite bathroom with a powerful shower.

The property was clean throughout and it really lives up to its 4 Star Rating! The breakfast (which was included in our room rate) was made using fresh ingredients, was hot, and cooked to perfection. And the owners were friendly and welcoming and lovely to meet.

All in all, a lovely experience and we strongly recommend!

Thank you Pam and Dick.

We only stayed one night but this b&b is ideally situated just off the motorway. The place was very clean and the breakfast was ok. The garden was really nice. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Cheltenham again.

Stayed here for a last minute weekend away. The room was lovely and the attention to detail within the room was faultless, breakfast the first morning was fine, not amazing but it was just ok. Unfortunately on the second morning, after agreeing with the host that we would be down at 9 O'clock, we did not get a breakfast. She was in the kitchen when we went downstairs, it is a wooden staircase so you cannot be quiet, so I would be surprised if she didn't hear us. We waited for her for 25 minutes and there was no sign of anyone. Even if she did not here us, you would think she would come in to the breakfast room to check!! After waiting we decided to leave. A real shame as it ended a nice weekend away on a bad note. Overall not a terrible stay but I definitely would not return!
