Stayed here on 2 occasions, both times checked in by the lovely receptionist. Cannot remember her name, but she was so friendly and professional, a credit to the hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the restaurant serves a great variety of food on the menu, i would recommend the mixed grill.

We decided to stay here for 1 night (Sunday 11 March) before we went on holiday, and from booking to leaving we did not have 1 problem.
I called to ask for a room at the front, and they gave us the best room in the house.
Lovely big room with nice green views.
We went for a drink in the pub below for a few hours which we also enjoyed. We ended up chatting to kitchen staff and a barman for a while outside, and they were lovely and recommended some nice places around for food if we didn't fancy the pub food!
We ended up going for a few drinks in a local cute pub not far away, and stumbled home with a pizza.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will stay again if i am passing/staying local.

From the moment of our arrival the staff were amazing friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We arrived in bad weather conditions and were expecting family members with children for the weekend. The staff went the extra mile to make us all feel very welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean and well -equipped and the location is great for a wide range of amenities including the park and leisure centre opposite. We were really impressed by the level of service and wouldn't hesitate to stay in the Premier Inn again when we come back to Stroud.

Great location, huge room, comfy bed, the room was very clean.
Had breakfast which was with £6.99 for the Continental or £8.99 for cooked plus everything else.
Stroud has some nice shops, a bit hilly. Good places to eat out in the evening.
We visited Uley which is a tiny village with one shop and one pub where you can get a nice lunch.
Left my straightners behind and they were posted onto me with the help of Dee Bleeze from Reception

Room Tip: Romms are up a couple of a small flight of stairs so may not be suitable for all

We stopped over on our way to Bath and chose Stroud Premier Inn as it was nearer to the town centre and hence restaurants than some other Premier Inns in the area. Parking was easy, and our room quite different in shape to most Premier Inn rooms, as it had two walls with windows on. Plenty of space, the usual pretty good bed, tea and coffee ( though only one sachet each, yes I could ask for more, but...) wifi, and restaurant on site, though we didn't use it. Good bath and shower. Excellent price.

We use Premier Inns a lot and they never let us down.
